| Air Piloted |
ASCO offers a wide selection of pneumatic control valves
for a wide spectrum of applications. From medical to motion control; from
robotics to the oil patch, air piloted valves are available in 3-way &
4-way poppet valves and 5 port, 2-way and 3-way position spool valves. Maximum
pressure is up to150 psi (10bar) on our 4-way valves. Many of our control
valves are available both as freestanding valves, as well as subbase mounted
and manifoldable valves. |
Flow capabilities range from .001CV (coefficient of flow) up to CV's of 12.5.
The available range of port sizes run from M3 to 1 inch; with many of the valve
available in BSP or NPT threads. Special modifications and value-added options
are available on request. |

| Solenoid Operated Directional Control
Valves

ASCO offers a wide selection of pneumatic control valves

robotics to the oil patch, solenoid valves are available in 2-way, 3-way &
4-way valves and 5 port, 2-way and 3-way position spool valves. Maximum
pressure is up to 575psi (40bar) on our 2-way and 3-way valves and up to150 psi
(10bar) on our 4-way valves. Many of our control valves are available both as
freestanding valves, as well as subbase mounted and manifoldable valves. |
Flow capabilities range from .001CV (coefficient of flow) up to CV's of 12.5.
The available range of port sizes run from M3 to 1 inch; with many of the valve
available in BSP or NPT threads. Control valves are air-assisted, keeping power
requirements very low. Special modifications and value-added options are

| Direct Acting Solenoid Valves |
ASCO offers a comprehensive range of small direct acting
2-way and 3-way valves. Maximum pressure goes to 575psi (40bar) on 2-way and
3-way valves; many may be manifolded for specialized applications. Available
port sizes are #10-32, 1/8" and ¼" NPT. BSP threads are available on request. |
Poppet valves inherently are quick responding valves and many of these may be
used with light oil as well as air and inert gases. A wide range of voltages is
available and AC and DC coils are interchangeable on almost our entire line of
valves. |

| Special Service Valves |
The SENTRONIC valve is an electro-pneumatic
pressure-regulating valve with a pressure range from vacuum to 725 PSI. Many
different configurations of this valve are available. The valve is available in
four different sizes, 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 1"NPT or G thread types. All of the
SENTRONIC valves are compact in size. The SENTRONIC valves have a hysteresis of
.5 %, a repeatability of .5% and a linearity of .5%. Two different models of
the valves are offered. One model can be used as an open loop valve system and
the other as a closed loop valve system. Different applications, of course,
dictate which model to choose. SENTRONIC valves work from a 24-volt DC signal
and a varying voltage or current of 0-10 volts DC, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA and 8 bits
digital. |
